DO Bosch even make fuel pressure regulators ??
Erm yes, as well as magnetti marelli plus a lot of other either junk or expensive suppliersstevieturbo said:
Why do you specifically want Bosch if they do ?
Reliability. Need constant fuel pressure highly tuned engineWhat sort of reg is already fitted ? and are they known to have problems ?
Ive seen plenty of 2.0 turbo cars with OE regulators making in excess of 500bhp with no issues.
In most cases, OE regs will only become a problem, when the fuel pump is too much for it to handle, and that will show itself more so at idle, when it has to cope with more fuel.
What car is it ?
Why not an aftermarket reg ? or is that for cost reasons.
I have an FSE boostvalve on there currently, so am hoping to get rid of that. I'm also keen to get the pressure regulator on the end of the fuel rail to minimise oil leak potential. The FSE BV is located right next to the exhaus manifold currently. I'm looking to compete this year so looking to make the car safer and optimise everything I can
