Peugeot 106 XSI Poor running

I have a 1993 k-reg peugeot 106 xsi 1.4 and it misfires and hesitates while running.

I had it MOT'd last month after it had been stood for over a year, it just scraped threw on emmisions!

To try and cure the problem i replaced the following

Spark Plugs
Ignition Leads
Coil Pack
Lambda Sensor
Fuel filter & fuel lines

The car still misfires and hesitates! Any ideas??????

Does the check engine light come on, and have you had the codes reaD?

Is it still the old fuel in the tank?

The engine light has flickered occasionaly after its initialy been started but then goes off. That has only occured since i have replaced the lambda sensor. The codes have been read and nothing was found to relate to this problem!

The tank was empty when i got it so put some fresh fuel in and some petrol treatment. Been filled up once a week for the past 2 months so had plenty of fresh fuel threw!
