my van's clutch has started slipping with only 38k on the clock.
my local nissan dealer has been no help at all stating that if they take the gearbox out and the clutch is worn out
i will be charged.
if it's a part defect i will not be charged.but im not taking the chance as they want 1k for replacing the clutch.
which costs £190 for the clutch kit robbing barstewards...

Its nothing new for these to fail this early and the jobs a bh to do (about 7-8 hrs book time) they also are known for gearbox failure. I believe the problem is because it is basically just laguna(as im sure you know its a renault traffic/ vauxhall vivaro in drag) running gear which has not been specced up for van use.
