I suppose I could put it on my CRASH helmet, Was looking at just having close up video of the speedo really so I could overlay that onto the main camera footage that will be looking out through the front screen...

Tape it to the steering column shroud? Failing that, have you got any mates in your local constamulary, that will lend you their epaulette camera mount?

How about taping it to the top of your steering? or is that too close?

Yeah that's what I've been playing with - not ideal as the camera has a fixed focal length and seems to be struggling. Think I need some Black Tack........

Test tries on the steering wheel were good, but want to rule out any movement due to any steering inputs. Not that there should be any as it's a straight runway
