Guys let me check a few things and I will add the hotel to the main post and then we can talk about times for meeting.

The first hotel in the link is 1.8 miles from AAS. Spoke to AAS again and there open all day Saturday. I would say meet there about 12ish?

Looks like the guys from AAS will join us at night for the meal aswell.

I think the plan is something along the lines of; a tour round AAS, followed by a run through the tunnel, then a nice evening meal, followed by drinks and then bed/home

Not sure who is or isn't staying overnight, but assuming most are
