Im in, a quick check shows it to be a very doable distance.
1250 Miles each way. 2 days each way Maybe not, perhaps 3.. Less if you pop across the channel further north. But less driving fun then!

As for accommodation, there is a campground near, though that doesn't hold much allure depending on density, facilities and noise etc.
I guess its possible to drive further afield and stay perhaps 20M or so from the show and drive in daily.
It sounds way busy so lots of tailbacks to be expected. Ill do some more research. But looks like a one week trip would sort it nicely.

Can we do a sticky for the Power Bigmeet 2013 mr Mod?

Ill do some R&D we might be able to rent a cottage, or similar in the area if we move fast.

So numbers keen on the idea would be good. We can try and find something with a goodly number of rooms, though some airbeds and so on could also be deployed.

Head out tuesday and back monday the following..? (ie) 2nd to the 8th July 2013.

Done If we get a heap of other events that require a sticky and predate this meet I'll unsticky it until they have gone or closer to the event though.
