Work put in a charging point just before Christmas, so I get half the electricity the Leaf needs for free. Also means I don't cycle the battery so deeply and arrive home with much more useful range for evening trips. Sadly no free petrol frown

Collected this from HQ this week, full electric Peugeot Ion.

Helps offset the carbom I release at the weekends lol

Its actually pretty nippy, 85mile range on full charge with a dynamo to aid charging when braking/decelerating.

Oh and we get to charge it for free with the Landlord Supplied electricity on my sites around london.

"It's actually pretty Nippy"....LOL. It's a Spaz wagon.

Sorry, I tried the ' I must get a economic second car to offset the monstrous fuel economy of the mentalmobile' but in the end, said 'fk it' and got this:

275bhp, heated front (and rear) super comfy leather, dual zone climate (& air conditioned glovebox) touch screen DVD GPS, 5-speed auto/flappy paddle, HIDs, auto dimming (dipping when in reverse) rear and side mirrors, 1 owner from new...£1400! In 6 months I've spent £400 on preventative maintenance. Averaged 29mpg over 6 months and 3000 miles. This is a keeper!

I've got the VXR8 as a daily and a supercharged VT GTS hiding in the garage for weekends.

(or acting as the current daily until the VXR8 is fixed - always handy to have a spare)

And the wife's Mini if we want to keep the petrol costs down :-)

I currently have...

The wifes modified GTO Twin Turbo which is her daily hack for work and school runs

The family 'dribble bus' 115 TDi Sport for when we all go out (about twice a year !)

My Modified GTO Twin Turbo for when i feel like scaring myself

My lads first car..1.4 Skoda. What a bloody brilliant little car, seriously impressed with it for £1000!

The 'other' family car

Then I have literally just sold this beastie..1991 with 8000 genuine miles

And then I gave this complete rolling car minus engine and gearbox to a mate who's car suffered too much tin worm last month

and last but not least my daily hack..remapped work van lol (cant be arsed for pic)

Always amazed at such long term thread resurrections yikes

So, broken HSV VT2, two engineless Monaros, a VW LT50 car transporter and an old Audi 80 coupe.

Don't drive much these days, as most of my work is in Europe or the U.S frown

Yes I know it's an old post , but what about one of these , I don't think you would get much road rage or be cut up , a big gun pointed at the other driver tends to resolve any problems , or just drive over their car afterwards

But on what I actually have , a Maloo , Monaro , sti forester jdm , sti Impreza jdm , I've been bad v8 are normally kept for dry days , one to preserve cars and two mpg wise , the Impreza is not fantastic it's 23 and a bit mpg but it's better than the v8s as its a start stop route to work

I saw one of those crush a car at Knockhill a few years ago.
It didn't just drive it's track over the car, more like it just tracked through it! The tank hull didn't rise at all.

And the ground trembled under my feet with the engine rumble. Awesome.
