I have some coming (real ones). Those in the picture look like they have been fitted on the wrong sides! IMHO of course.

That was my thought too :confised: - then I thought maybe it was a new type of heater, channelling the warm air from the engine to the centre of the windscreen. hehe

Goldie got hold of a set of very long slit ones - I don't know what they were from. I thought they looked good, but he didn't fit them as he already had a different pair on his bonnet.

Was just trawlling through the classifieds and they came up thinking of what else to do differently to the car they were on a previous car I used to own

Louvres would look much better than other brand vents,

These guys are in Hampshire, might be worth a call see what they can do for you,

Be allot easier as well to stamp the vents. I've used them twice and great service both times. My vents will be recessed into the bonnet. Allot more work but the end result will look factory and height quality. smokin

Was talking to guy that has them sure they are recessed on the xf a bit more just one of the things I am contemplating over the winter, thought black would go with the black and white theme on the car.

That photo brings back memories of when I got home from holiday to find my builder had put a door to my new bathroom in the wrong place. Its a bit cringeworthy TBH!

Thats mine smile

Gary H had them and I liked them so copied him biggrin

I don't think stamped louvres suit anything over 1970, plus you have to have the bonnet repainted.

Goldy bought Bentley Conti GT vents I think, I think they would have looked nice if they could be recessed.

How about Black Edition Vector vents?
