Made some more progress today after work

Ecu and washer bottle have also been removed

crank pulley bolt is out.

It wasnt as bad as i thought it would be to undo.

Only took a breaker bar and a 5 foot bar

The crank will be pinned, Gareth has the kit he said i could borrow. I just need to source some appropriate sized pins

Alot cheaper than the UK but not the bargain I was hoping for as I forgot to order them until the very last minute

Is the kit for drilling half the pully half the crank or 90 in to the crank through the pully nose?

The latter I would avoid. If this is what you have I have a kit for the other type.

as to dowels. Drill bits. There a solid pin.

The former. I'll have to look for it as my parts bin is bigger than G's!

intercooler mocked up.

I still want to tweak the front crash bar, but now know where to move some of the aircon parts

If you mount the IC lower you will get more flow to the rad. There is plenty of room.
