Is the red one a true Bathurst, has it got covers over the front fogs ?
They are not Bathurst stripes on the red one.
Correct, the car is a standard LS2. Previous owner had them added, don't have the heart to peel them off biggrin
I think they're the ebay specials, which have the HSV bit on the door lowers as well?

I think they swapped the tapering line, to get around any image problems that Vx may have had with them being sold. They don't look at all wrong or out of place - it's just that when you're next to a Bathurst.....

Good shot of my car, before Sturdy decided to deposit half of his rear tyres all over the front bumper.

Brilliant shot.... cool

As for Sturdy... he was trying to slow the faster RED car down by adding extra tyre weight to it hehe

Just wanna say thanks to everyone who turned up. As usual, it ended up being a Holden meet with a few others attending (there was loosely 1 of us for every other car that attended) but that didn't stop us all from socialising and having a great day.

It was nice to see familiar faces again and meet some new ones. One day I'm gonna remember peoples names though, one day smile

We need to do this more often.

The few photos I took can be found here; https://www.facebook.com/media/set/?set=a.44753184...

This is true bud, but when next to said Bathurst, it won't be the stripes I feel inadequate about wink

that's mrCV8's, probably the best over all sounding car today. Just spot on for noise level and quality. Sarah loved it. One of those old school Camaro's sounded like hell let loose when were were queuing to set off!
