Interesting stuff and a nice result - I keep looking at FAST intakes, but I think I'd rather go down this route one day. How are you finding the car behaves around town?
I haven't got the car back- need to go down and pick it up. Hopefully it will be ok around town. How's yours around town?mikeyb1987 said:

Didn't realise this was an LS2 only deal Mine's getting there, but my cam isn't as big as yours
I know you uprated the injectors, but are you on the stock fuel pump?

Yep- unfortunately LS3 heads won't fit on an LS1 Mine's getting there, but my cam isn't as big as yours

Stock fuel pump. I'll have to have a good debrief with John Sleath, but I'm presuming the pump is ok.

There are ballpark numbers on ls1tech (e.g., 425-475 whp here), but translate them into real money and yours starts to look close!Stock fuel pump. I'll have to have a good debrief with John Sleath, but I'm presuming the pump is ok.

Nice job. AFR looks nice too. Let us know how it drives off idle.
No loss of torque across the dyno pull either from the larger cam.
Cheers Richard. I'll feedback re drive ability once I pick it up.No loss of torque across the dyno pull either from the larger cam.
I owe you a pint as well, the next time you're in the Lake District. If it wasn't for your guidance on cam specs, I would still be scouring LS1tech/LS1gto!!
Good prediction on power from me. Though really needs to see SRR for a like for like comparo.
Its still gaining BHP when its shut off. So if you added 200 more RPM to the limiter that might be interesting..
You might get to 410rwhp or so.
Stick spun his to 7800 or so! Not that thats recommended, but for dyno purposes if it was me Id try 6800
Then set it back to 6600 for daily use.
What was final cam spec, was it 114+4? Or 114+0? etc

What will the standard bottom end take? It seems like they spin them to 7k in the US, with just rod bolts. Like you said, it's making peak power at cut off, so I will seriously consider looking into how far I can take it. I could even chuck on a FAST intake for good measure
It's a 114 + 0.
