That car has had more hits than the Beatles
It should of been Cat C recorded but for some reason it wasnt
Copart had it in storage for a period at Wolverhampton
Just goes to show even from a Dealer it might have chequered history behind it
Previous owner is on here I believe

Lol! I knew there must be a catch, a TVS'ed LS3 for 22k seemed way too cheap.

I went to look at this Monday. It was parked almost round the back, not with the other cars and with no sale or price etc in the window. It looked ok, although we only looked it over........goes to show as already said you never know what lies beneath!!

The price has been £22k for the last 10 days as I was interested in this one until I did some digging on it's history. However, this is not the first time I've seen a Vauxhall Dealer increase the price of a car days after the intitial advert.

I'm also a little surprised by this Garage, who have sold a few VXR8's in the past, for advertising the car with 19" wheels when the pics show 20" - that's a schoolboy error

Not if they are returned to the owner the vxr8 had a couple of taps in the front. Had lots of mods allways worth a check or at least see the check has been done even from a dealer as lots also have finance on them.

If the insurance repair it will not be categorised its only when they decide not to

This car I believe was stolen & repaired hence no cat & minor damage

Then there was another incident I believe then the last time was n/s damage to wheel ,door , wing, sill section , skirt & possible suspension

There is plenty out there that have been damaged that owners do not know about

If its had any weld on panels more so than bolt on its not original & so worth less catted or not

I hpi "d a few months back & its title is clear

Thanks for the info. Amazing what lurks beneath, having your car stolen and trashed is not good though. Agree that the dealer will struggle at that price if potential buyer does any homework which in this niche market is highly likely, having said that if Monkfish have had it in can't see it being anything other than right.
Think i'll hang fire.

Again many thanks.
