cure for EML after decat sorted

I bought a couple of these for my R8 - EML comes on with cat efficiency fault code every few weeks. I just reset and drive. will remap when I super charge & cam

You have fitted them and your EML still comes on ? Mine would trigger the EML every single journey until I fitted these...so far I have done 4000 miles and not one single code stored.

Yep, still getting EML. Had to clear it yesterday.

De cat today and fitted spacers as FBs Recomendations.


They worked a treat no faults

When we decatted in Oz we ran lower trap speeds at the drags!!!

Mine feels a bit quicker not sure really and doesn't sound much difference TBH not worth the effort if your running 3"

Further exhaust mods suspected I think, may try cut outs but worried it'll just sound like a blowing exhaust and not a nice sound.

I must say your car sounds very nice so don't fk it up why people want too loud is beyond me.

Don't get into a sound off, as it can only end in bloodshed - from peoples' ears.

My spacers turned up today, just need to bolt them on

Mine didnt make a vast difference either and If im honest it was probably a waste of effort lol.
