I don't think VX will have earned a profit..... more of a big loss (£50k + new) but suppose losses are put against marketing and model exposure.
I know where you are sort of coming from, but cant see manufacturers having public open sealed bid / auctions for cars, would be a nightmare, ebay is bad enough with keyboard clickers and timewasters (oh my 3yr old son must have bid - not me)
if they did one they would have to offer all there ex fleet stock. Volvo cars UK do it though BCA but it just attracts Volvo dealers
I think its a good idea that all the VXR8 dealers get a shout at buying it, keeps the values at market value,
that's what happened to the yellow GTS Maloo

Aussie auto WP Bi modal exhaust, but exhaust was changed by WP uk, when I last saw it there less Blower it still had 20in WP alloys and WP exhaust
