I thought I was thin but I would be considered fat for an F1 driver at about 77kg.

Well car passed but with a couple of advisories which i will have to look at after my holiday.

similar here I just took the money out as soon as the flat returned to the purchase price, having some fun then stick it into savings or ventures for a bit. Good luck, I think in your area you wont lose out. I keep everything at a max 50% so to cushion the blow if/when prices dip as they always bounce back

I would consider a few tricks, might be worth opening up a Ltd company for the property as you'll do better with CGT plus you can the sell the lot as a business with assets you can shove your car into the business and claim mileage etc wink

pros and cons but looking at setting up and moving properties into the ltd co, both of us as named directors and pay accountnts to minimise the income tax, corporation tax is lower but there are significant disadvantages too
