yep we're looking at it as we've now got a lot of equity so a low ltv so would make sense for us as the company would have a better balance book - mikey does your firm do public service or is it business to business?
Public practice Stig- we have a wide range of clients. If you google Dodd Accountants you will come across our website.One of the issues with having property in a company is when it comes to exit strategy- ie: getting the funds out of the company.
