Now, you wouldn't get away with that if you were in an ///M car, would you? 
I bet it was like when a parent gets a painting from their 4 year old and they go "oh this is so good we need to save this and put it in the box in the loft"

Run you finger nail over the scratch, if you can't feel it and it's just the clear coat, it might just polish out.
If it doesn't and youve got a pair of balls, get some 2000 grit sandpaper and wet sand it very very gently, then polish with the DA.
A mate let me practice on his taxi as it needs a front end respray anyway, you'll be amazed at how easy it is !!
OK thanks will have a look when it stops raining and I can get the car clean! Not sure I'll go with the sandpaper although I'm sure the worst of it can be removed with G3 scratch remover and/or the DA I have.... If it doesn't and youve got a pair of balls, get some 2000 grit sandpaper and wet sand it very very gently, then polish with the DA.
A mate let me practice on his taxi as it needs a front end respray anyway, you'll be amazed at how easy it is !!

I have various property's and mortgages...2 of them are Studio's and are with Birmingham Midshire and Bank of Ireland...
I got these updated 2 years ago... But I would have thought you could still get Mortgages quite easily if you have a nice deposit... Years back I was with the Halifax but moved to a better rate
