I'd normally say the upper one, but the ground floor also has the garden. Looking on the street view, this garden has rear access, so I'd be looking to make a courtyard garden by moving the fence panels towards the house, then at a later date, erecting a garage at the bottom of the garden, and renting this out to commuters, as you're close to train stations.http://www.rightmove.co.uk/property-for-sale/prope...

I agree, that they look like the same place.
I've just looked at the floor plans, and neither is ideal, and the top one is less so, as the bathroom is at the top of the house with the small bedroom.
