Well I have now decided what the first mod will be, a new walky exhaust, the wife was complaining that it wasn't loud enough today at Goodwood!

reminds me of a very embarrassing moment in a Belgian services on the way back from the ring in 09. A crowd had gathered as I was getting abck to the car and they were saying "this is going to be loud", how embarrassingly quiet it was on stock system so i promptly put some wortecs on it!

Thinking about it, a lot of the lack of noise stems from the bimodal mapping, in neutral it cuts out at higher revs, will try and get Mrs R8 to video the EDI to show the problem and mapping pionts.

noise is also a combination of silencing and design thereof and the amount of combustion occurring, a car under load always sounds better than a car revving in neutral

I'd normally say the upper one, but the ground floor also has the garden. Looking on the street view, this garden has rear access, so I'd be looking to make a courtyard garden by moving the fence panels towards the house, then at a later date, erecting a garage at the bottom of the garden, and renting this out to commuters, as you're close to train stations.

Looking at the pics.. both flats look like they are the same building ?

As you say the bottom flat has the garden, but top flat says it has a shared garden confused How owuld that work ?

Damn, you'd have to buy them both, as from the look it's a garden in common (shared use of it all).

I agree, that they look like the same place.

I've just looked at the floor plans, and neither is ideal, and the top one is less so, as the bathroom is at the top of the house with the small bedroom.
