click on login,when the screen comes up to login,click on tools then compatibilty view,put details in then click on sign in
then when loged in click on tools and compatibility view again. job done

Live in Medway, didn't feel it, but heard it, like a low rumbling sound from outside - quite weird. Suppose it sounded a bit like a load of rubble falling down (and no - nothing collapsed nearby!)
