Thanks Guys, Been ask to take a new pub, But some issues to sort out.. Could be there in just 3 weeks and only got ask yesterday morning, went to see it last night.

They wanted me to take a pub 2x bigger then mine with 40% more turnover, me cover the cost of the move plus i would have to buy a garage for the car
And no pay rise... Plus move in 3 weeks time, which would was an issue re school James in that short time..

I can't believe they wanted you to go, then didn't want the expense of it happening.

Either he's not very good at managing people and budgets, or he's very naive for expecting everyone to jump at the click of his fingers then. I reckon the move and garage would cost the thick end of £5k. Where is that supposed to come from?

My brother paid 12k for his garage. It's quite big but not a double and also has an apex roof. I think 5k is very conservative. Either way sounds like it's better to stay.

Didnt mind pay for the garage as its for my needs..
