It made me laugh, all the Hamilton haters on the forums saying how it was his fault, blah blah, yet the whole world has come out and said it's Nico's fault.
Does seem that Nico will only be winning this championship with a lot of reliability, and a very Schumacheresq approach to gamesmanship.
Otherwise he's no better than Button.

Do I take it that it was Hamilton that lost an end plate from his front wing?

As much as I love the guy's driving, it's the responsibility of the vehicle behind (if that's him) to avoid the car in front.

Too many racing drivers keep their foot in, rather than a little caution. scratchchin I guess that's why they race, and I don't. redface

Then it was his road. What was the problem? Did he puncture?

Oh right. Oops.

Now I understand the 'Schumacheresque' comments elsewhere - though being in front, Hamilton has squeezed the car behind, and it hasn't worked.

Assuming the chatter is correct, the options are to either apologise or justify - and I'm guessing a race driver has too much self-belief to apologise.

Just back from my break in Wales. Can safely say I won't rush back, not referring to Wales as such but where we were actually staying.
