Just thought that the forum should perhaps support fellow owners of Hsv / Holden owners and not hinder them wherever the said vehicle is liked or disliked.
Why is that? And what of the prospective new forum member that buys it/them!Nothing wrong with an honest critique rather obfuscating bullst.
Had to look that one up (nice word MYM8)

In my opinion any car asking top money must have had no paint and all original panels ,recorded or not & be a proper square car anything less than this the price must reflect accordingly
So many vehicles have hidden agendas nowadays & there are some turds out there
You've obviously got way more experience on this matter than me but surely a repainted front end after 10 years worth of stone chips is surely a good thing? Let's be honest if it was wearing original chipped paint you'll knock the seller down so that you could factor in a respray So many vehicles have hidden agendas nowadays & there are some turds out there
Damned if you do, damned if you don't!

Yes, a sprayed front is preferable to a badly chipped bonnet, but a sprayed front can be an indication of front end damage or a colour miss-match two years down the line. Because of this, neither of these are as good as the car with original, uniform paint thickness all over, with maybe half a dozen chips on it.
