You do love a spend up mate
I have three cars to keep happy! (all cheaper than the ex wives)Em, the CF one is for the GTS, two piece for the ute. They have assured me I wont have any vibration problems over 150 with the CF one. We'll see?
All the stuff I've had from DSS up to now has been good as is their service and sensible shipping costs.

What sort of weight is that alloy two piece ?
What diameter ?
And what sort of rating are they giving it ?
We did weigh them and off the top of my head the ali one was slightly heavier than the standard steel one but the carbon one was lighterWhat diameter ?
And what sort of rating are they giving it ?
But we didnt weigh the slip yoke or rubber donoughts for the standard prop

My 2 piece shaft is pretty damn heavy. But to consider an alloy one...it'd need to have been damn well proven as far as strength goes. But we didnt weigh the slip yoke or rubber donoughts for the standard prop
But it would be far lighter than mine for sure.
1 piece isnt an option for me...and whilst many do work with carbon shafts, I simply dont trust them !
Yokes that are glued onto the tubes ??? just sounds wrong lol

Was that from DSS or GForce? What blighted your successes?
Dont know. The customer bought it. It vibrated at 40, 80, 120 mph. Badly. Frankly, it was rubbish. Its too long for a single piece as far as im concerned. Hopefully Gareths will be much better. But i dont hold out much hope.monkfish1 said:

Just under a stock 6.0l steel one(if you include spigots and doughnuts). Diameter is 85mm approx. What diameter ?

Cost $1099 including hardware and an adaptor plate which will bolt up to both the 5.7L and 6.0L diff flanges.
