Selling up

The main reason for selling it can from going out in it for a drive with the wife. As we were driving I past a lay-by and a guy gave me the wr sign that didn't really bother me it was what the wife said afterwards. She said to me she would have done the same as the guy because the car is obnoxious and loud and it would only be a certain person that would drive it. I don't know why but that just really got under my skin

I wouldn't let what other people think drive your decision making.

That is disgusting, unless she was just pulling your leg. I don't get why only a certain sort of person would have one, and does she put you in that camp?

In 7 years of owning mine, i have never seen or heard anything like this.. normally people taking pics or video and asking you to rev it

Don't sell it if that is the only reason, I had a good drive out in mine yesterday (with the wife) had 5 or 6 postive comments in just 45 mins, smiles / thumbs up and "wow, nice". Even a guy in a RS4 gave me a

Yes the is you old car boss and can assure you I'm looking after it. It's washed everyday and no one is aloud to eat in it including my one year old son. As for trading in the wife I has been very seriously considered but it would cost far to much that I am positive of.
I don't really understand why but I don't really like all the attention that it brings. It's weird cause I'm a loud and in your face kind of guy.
