Non- AFM auto is a very different animal to the AFM cars.

When I got your mail I want sat in my GTS, looking at a E2 clubsport with the Pontiac front end.

Not to say the Holden V8 is common here, or anything.

How did you go dealing with car yards. Did they trot out the usual drivel or were they ok?

They seemed OK to be honest, we bought two cars from two different dealers, both seemed honest and open, not massively different to the UK. Short and sweet with each as we were cash buyers and knew what we wanted.

Picked it up today, it's great to be back behind the wheel of something familiar!

It's Frickin loud though! I checked underneath and it's just a set of straight through pipes!!

Having said that, at 60-70mph on the freeway it's lovely and quiet, was expecting lots of drone but none at all at that speed, just an awesome burble!

I was driving back thinking this is way louder than my old Wortec................
