That's ok vixpy loves notes, ten or twenty pound notes as he loves looking for fivers
I've been saving fivers. Got 25 of them to bring along, so we shouldn't have a problem this year. R8VXF said:

You think we all have loud pipes? Ours can be whisper quiet.
2.0 diesel quiet? No chance!I was at Bruntingthorpe, in my diesel Alfa, having a noise test, and the tester said "Can you take it up to 5000 revs please" so I told him that it red-lines at 4500. After dialing in about 3500 revs, the tester came to the side of the car and said "Sorry, I can't get a reading, as the TVR (which was on tickover) next to you is louder."
Just leaving. See you all soon.

just letting myself wake up, planning on leaving Swindon around 12, can save you the indignation of turning up in a oil burning beemer if you want a lift down.
Haha, should be cool mate, but cheers for the offer Got a few things to do here first as off on holiday tomorrow.
Sorry I didn't stick around, I have too much stuff to do at home what with moving soon.
My car was down approx 10% power wise at the wheels compared to when it went on the rollers after being mapped(540RWP vs 620RWP). It's not running 100% right either as I get a fair amount of burnt oil out of the exhaust on the overrun which the catch can should have sorted but hasn't. So until this is sorted I can't say for sure if I have a problem or not. Also won't have helped that I drove straight in and pretty much was put on the rollers so the car would have been warm if not hot.
Bottom line, I'm happy, the car is still quick enough for the road and is a hoot to drive which is all that matters.
I hope the rest of you have good runs...!
I doubt I'll even be in the top 3 with only 540RWHP but hey there's always next year
