I did, but until a day is booked I have to leave it open to other clubs or i end up with no bookings. That said I had meant to note in the dairy the 2 dates i offered you but did'nt, because i went on holiday , er and got drunk. Totally my fault and I'm very sorry.

I'm chatting with the other club, see if we can't find an arrangement everyone is happy with.

I can understand your being upset, but what's done is done. Maybe we should have been a bit more formal with the booking, rather than relying on Vixpy reading our thread here. I can also understand that empty spaces in the diary don't make business sense for SRR, so am more than happy for them putting themselves out after driving back from a wedding the day before.

I'm happy for 11th.

First thing I learnt as an Events Co-Ordinator for the GTO scene is NEVER offer a choice. Just pick a date and post it up, that way those that can make it reply and there is no squealing over who can make which date.
