I'd considered it. If you have a mortgage and end up out of work = good luck, if you are renting = rent paid

We're selling our properties at the minute (all bar two) to have cash ready for intrest rate rises and to capitalise next dip... or as I've allocated some for spends on a nice LS powered car of immense levels of impracticality with work provisionally booked from purchase

I think owning is vastly over rated= tied to a country/location = arse ache if you need to relocate for work
