This VXR8 Bathurst was for sale with this snake. Saw it on ebay It disappeared early last week. Car seems to be for sale at a Essex Vauxhall dealership now. Maybe the seller realised he was dealing with a shark. Maybe took the car back and drove it away. Maybe he read what we were writing here..

I am quite happy with the price they are asking for this Bathurst.No 14.

Bought my car nearly 18 months ago for 6k less then the price they are asking for this car. Yes it is 6 months younger with less miles on the clock. However, I think they are going up in price.

Good luck with it. My guess is that the guy will make sure he's out of town for the weekend, and everyone else will deny any involvement.

Massive update for everyone!!!

So the director of the company who took my VXR8 in on sale or return knowing he would breach our contract, owing me £19000 since the 9 August and admitting 9 days ago that he doesn't intend to give me a penny changed his mind today...

He apologised for stealing my money and putting me and my family through this and made a CHAPS payment for £19000 plus interest and associated costs...

Oh, wait - no he didn't. After I reiterated on Thursday that I did not want any more contact unless it was to make a written offer to settle he decided to send me these messages this afternoon:
