I've just seen the messages sent by the sorry tt. Can he not now be charged with inciting violence. I'm sure the fraud squad (if it still exists) would be interested. My ticker is going 10 to the dozen having read those messages. Hopefully it will be a case of "If you give somebody enough rope....."

I'm still amazed that types like this are able to get away with what they do in this country.

I've had several customers go bust on me in the past only to start up straight away with no debt and a trail of carnage left behind. So multiple times!

Makes you wonder why our jails are so full, when you can just set yourself up as a legit business and get away with st like this.

The bloke's obviously a nasty bd and deserves to be treated like one.

I bought a Cerbera from this garage about 5 years ago...(pretty certain it was them anyway). Viewed it and went home to decide what to do and the following morning paid a deposit over the phone, for £1k. Picked the car up the following week and all was good. However when reconciling my account later that month noticed they had taken the deposit twice. Took some recovering as I remember and only after I threatened to go down and collect the cash myself did I get a refund. Seems to have been up to 'tricks' for some time.

However, That's how I feel about a man like this car dealer. But I am a law abiding human being. I would not do it.

Nost, I hope you do get your money back for your car, but it is looking very unlikely Now...

Best of luck for the 4th if this is still going ahead. The text message is incredible, wee t*at obviously thinks he's untouchable, a horrible situation to be landed in for Nost.

I've just read this entire thread. I have to say my heart goes out to you for not only losing your pride and joy but also your money. I hope that somehow you get a resolution to this problem, the text messages and treatment you have received so far staggers me. I wouldn't have thought you could legally text someone messages like that and I hope you keep any and all pressure on them to release the funds your entitled too mate.

I can't think of a worse situation to be in, all the best getting it sorted.

To those who where attending the meet on sat 4th, the meet has been cancelled, thank you to all who had planned to attend on the day to support Stuart and for spreading the word across social media.

understandably the home address is a touchy subject but the business address should still be a fair target for a demo.

Did anything ever come of this? Guess playing musical chairs with ltd company names makes it tough.
