I did post it in SP&L but it got removed for cross posting.

Maybe this thread could be moved if it would help.
It'd probably help it get deleted.

I know that you're only saying that in jest, but the main problem with a big group, is keeping public order.

Indeed. I hope for this chap's sake that he gets his money before this goes ahead, because this really does look like a case of be careful what you wish for to me.

Peaceful protest Ian, we have no need for anything else, can it hurt to try a bit of people power ?

Not at all, and I wish Nost the best of luck in getting his money back, but I'm just pointing out that it's difficult to control a large group, when emotions are running high. The intention is always peaceful, but you need everyone to keep to that, or they stay away.

Pointers will be given at the pre meet, and as i know most on that forum I dont foresee any issues like you suggest

Problem is with this country no one stands up to anyone anymore, they take the shafting and move along to let someone else do it to them.

As ARAF said, this WAS and IS a bit of Lighthearted Relief. I wouldn't and couldn't condone anyone getting out of hand. Maybe my sense of Humour is a bit Left Field.

When people hear about stuff like this, they often tag along because they fancy a bit of aggro, rather than because they care about the cause. Those are the kind of people you could do without. Plus, if the dealer gets wind of it (which he almost certainly will), I'd be surprised if he didn't close for the day without prior notice.

I see it this way, if I owned a business and shafted someone out if £19k and thought it was funny, then said person turned up with 20+ people just standing out side my business! I'd st my pants, and no one would even need to say a word !! It'll get the message across.

It gets Worse !!! Thread on VXR Online shows that another Guy has been similarly shafted over the sale of his Maserati within the last couple of weeks.

Another member on VXRO has a family member going through the same as Nost.

The list could potentially be bigger than we think.

Mate. Tossers like this who do this stuff generally don't give a st about anyone or anything, they have no values and are well versed in how to use the law(or lack of it) to their advantage. They can be sorted, but turning up with 20 or so supporters will do bugger all to get this guy his car or his money.

I'm afraid if he has a winding up order that concludes it and this will be up and running again within a couple of weeks.
