I see it this way, if I owned a business and shafted someone out if £19k and thought it was funny, then said person turned up with 20+ people just standing out side my business! I'd st my pants, and no one would even need to say a word !! It'll get the message across.
Mate. Tossers like this who do this stuff generally don't give a st about anyone or anything, they have no values and are well versed in how to use the law(or lack of it) to their advantage. They can be sorted, but turning up with 20 or so supporters will do bugger all to get this guy his car or his money.

I'm afraid if he has a winding up order that concludes it and this will be up and running again within a couple of weeks.
In that case then, the fker needs his face smashed in ! smile

To all those guys who want to help Nost...You need to be aware that most of his stock ie cars on his forecourt do not belong to this business or him. Do not damage any property, or you guys will be held responsible for any criminal damage.

With this being the case , we need to disrupt his business in order to force his hand and protect the remaining vehicles

What an insight! Lucky you mentioned it as I was going to smash up cars presuming they were his and therefore not be held responsible for any criminal damage.

I'd imagine the place will be shut on the day. But local rag and a few dozen cars might at least get the publicity for other owners to get their motors back.

Sounds like a call to the Rogue Traders team may be appropriate.

Nasty business !, I do hope you get your money.

Interesting info out there....all public knowledge.
It sounds like he has a plan to wind up company, strip assets and cash then start again doing the same again under new name. Think there is lots of exposure required in local press to what he is doing, plus hanging around on Saturdays to warn buyers and sellers what he is doing.

Its way out of order to ordinary folk with their pride and joy cars

The idea of the meet is to disrupt the business on the day and also highlight to other owners who have handed there car to them for sale or return that it isnt what they say it is.

Clearly they are on the move, Kevins divorce may have forced his hand on a few things but he doesnt seem the shy type and just keep going.

IF anyone knows of any owner who potentially has a car on the forecourt please try and get in touch with them and advise that there car and there cash might be going elsewhere.

Just catching up on the other forum, jackering has been to the dealers today, seems the new branding is making an appearance and a bit of packing in the dealership, but business as usual it seems,

Oh and the press are aware of the meet also as Stu kindly copied them into some correspondence he sent to Kevin.

Lets hope the weather is good smile

Hi guys thanks for all your support. I've checked my paperwork and it has references to the company names so don't think he can pass off my debt as an old one.

He could have been trading under different names and in law they are separate entities.

As I said earlier in this thread. Pop around to his house and knock on his door. His personal life will be completely separate from his work life (where he will tough it out). Unless you can show him that you can spoil his life as much as he can spoil yours, you won't get anywhere.

Is there any reference to the company on the paperwork- company name/number, registered office address etc?

So if we are having a meet to show this prick how close the community is would it not make sense to put a new meet thread up just for details and an attendance listing?

Get reporting their ads on AutoTrader and PH!

Does anyone know the owner of the VXR8 Bathurst? Monkfish or Walkinshaw could know the owner and warn them?

I'm sure a commercial advertiser wouldn't turn down advertising revenue on the side of one poster frown
