hi guys just a quick note to say hi I am now the proud owner of a monaro vxr (awesome car). how many people are in the south wales area and do you have any meets?

Welcome and congrats on your purchase. I think there are about 6 of us (Monaro)scattered from Newport to Llanelli. There is an excellent general car meet last Sunday of the month in Cross Hands. Normally one Ro at least in amongst some true exotica. (See South Wales section) What area are you?

I am in Newport had been looking for the past year ish for what I felt was right for me. pic's I haven't got at the mo but will sort. but think most of the guys on here will know the car. S600*** that a big enough clue?

Last 3 years we have done a national meet with th Scots.. (norwich scotland adn york) so could do it in Wales next year ?

My car hails from Wales in any case if the dealer plates and tax disc holder are original - would be nice to take it closer to it's British home.
