Fast Idle

VXR LS1 has started to run at a fast idle,about 1250 rpm,when warmed up.
Checked for air leaks but nothing apparent.
I seem to remember reading on here of similar problem but search doesn`t throw anything up.
Any ideas as to cause and fix.

Dirty throttle body
There is a leak
PCV valve sticking
Lambda sensor faulty
Maf faulty

Just some ideas.
