I should have gone with a crate straight off the bat!!!
No, you should have gone for a padded cell! Can you fit something like a Coyote in there? Or maybe something like this, with modern electrics, as a donor?

Hi to you all.
Thank you for your kind reception yesterday. It was great to watch as the Monaros and VXR8s roll into the car park, and the Hayling jag.
The breakfast at the damp Heath was very good, and a nice chance to say hello, and then to the lonely car park at Beaulieu. It would have been a poor event without the show of Holden strength.
We had not been to the motor museum for many years, and I also thought the guide was exceptional, and made things a lot more interesting. We managed to explore all the indoor exhibits and the house, before strolling up to the entrance to learn that an adult entrance was £21 each, wow.
Many thanks for the kind words about Shelia. Red hot paint is good. The wheels and Brembos are from a Redline of 2010 vintage, going is fun, stopping is essential.
Hope to meet up again, not sure when, but will keep an eye on the site.
Best wishes, Hilary and Graham.

Yep, probably. I knew it was a risk, but I thought F'it, I want a Mustang and whatever happens, I ticked the 'Owned a Classic American Muscle Car' box!!! It would have to be a snarling powerhouse of an engine, if I was going to drop anything into this car. It deserves so much more than a lump of lard out of a more modern Mustang turd!!! Imo
The 351C in the car at the moment is sweet as. It pulls really strong and smoothly. It's just needed some fine tunning (and a cam, lifters, push rods, etc... cough, cough) and now a sump seal (hopefully). I bought it for that classic yank sound track and it delivers that for sure!!!
I'll make my decision on the car once it's back. It'll be off to storage for winter now anyway.
