We'll need advice sold my ro 2 years ago and really starting to miss it. Brought an astra vxr Arctic which is a great car just miss the sound of the v8. What are the used values now as there's not much for sale ? Mine was a black vxr with monkfish sports pack rip shifter and road response pack so wouldn't want anything less. Wouldn't rule out a r8 so what are the older ones worth? Sold mine to Ramon so if you are thinking of a change let me know should never of sold it

Ah, that was yours. I brought Rammon down to pick it up - sorry.

Prices have been strong this year on Monaros and VXR8s - so you may have to dig deep to replace it.

Hiya Aaron
Yes still have the Ro and yes it's still my pride and joy, never going to sell it, sorry
Puts a smile on my face every time I drive it
I could tell you were regretting it even as I handed over the money!
She's still in fine shape, had to have a new rad and a new water pump and recently had new belts and tensioner pulley but apart from that all good
Hope you get back into a Ro or R8 soon, you never should have sold it but I'm bloody glad you did!
P.S. What video did you watch?

Sold my Ro Nearly 3 years ago now, regretted it the moment it drove away - and I still miss it. I drive an R8 now which is a great car and technically way ahead of the Monaro.....but it's not a 2 door coupe.

It was the fastest good vehicle at TR this year. cool

Yes, I know it was the only one - and the slowest of the V8s, but I did have a boot-full of deliveries to make on the way home! wink

It does look nice don't think the wife would like it though when me and my son are cursing around and she's left at home

Thanks. smile

Drop the idea into casual conversation. You might find that she's happy for you two to go out, and give her a bit of free time. smile
