Very nice m8 sounds a bit bigger than a mf cam unless this is a cold start clip

Finally broken cover. cool

No point in asking if you're pleased with it, as the weather isn't good enough at the moment to really find out.

Well done - but at the rate cams are being fitted, I can see our truck winning the wooden spoon again next year, at Thunder Road. hehe

The ute will go great with a nice healthy cam.

Ok, so if you didn't see the MF FB page I've had fitted ls2 heads CNC ported SLP high lift rockers, fast intake manifold (102)
Fast 102 throttle body MF2 cam and VCM intake.

Sounds very similar to mine, except your LS2 heads are ported, and my FAST 102 is in the kitchen...see you next SRR? smile

That's very nice indeed. The cam spec is a secret for obvious reasons, but 390 or so rwhp (SRR) must be the target here no?

Would you run at Thunder Road now Ian? It's probably got the cojones to take Leatherman's record for an NA LS1.

Yes I'm tempted to run at thunder road but the dates never work for me as I've always been committed to other things, if only they put dates up early.
The higher the number the better, right! smile but it will wait until the next dyno day as it goes so much better and that was the main thing.

This does indeed sound truly epic. I'm almost tempted to have it playing out loud in the office....

Any chance of a video of the start up?

Leatherman is definitely one to beat...I've now got a 3.9 diff in and hope he won't bugger off into the distance next time!

I'm not sure James, but I think it's just a bit more aggressive (my words) and perhaps not for everyone.
