Dougie, quick question about the warranty on the tourer, the garage is saying its not listed so cannot get authorisation for the work. I know it's probably not your area but can you help at all?

I don't know why you need his help though. Why not just take a copy of any magazine it appeared in, and say "See, it's a Vauxhall."

It's a shame some VX dealers can't use a little initiative and help customers out!!

It doesn't take a lot.......does it !!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

"Yes sir, I see you have a new registered VX but it doesn't appear on our system, leave it with us and we will do some ringing around and get back you, apologies for any inconvenience"

Just thought I'd update this as Dougie has been brilliant bowangel, this is now sorted & the car is being worked on.smile

Sounds like someone in VX has some nasty ankle bite marks now !! hehe

Very much so! and exactly why I won't finally pull the trigger on a new GTS!

Glad this ones been sorted and wish I'd known of the wee fella a few years ago.
