Just wondered by how much your premiums went up after fitting a supercharger.and whom are you using.also can you get an increase in value of the car For insurance purposes by adding one.
Do you have to inform DVLA for a change on the V5

I'm with A Plan £675 last year,and thats all mods declared.....got an agreed value as well

Mine went up A LOT when fitting S/C, and I found that many companies wouldn't insure me anymore.

Def worth getting quotes from companies mentioned by othere here before committing to a S/C

Adrian flux tried to charge me over 1k more for my s/c r8, Sky did it for same price as my ute

Just had aprice for the r8 all mods included and agreed value for 30 grand 500 quid 350 excess from classic line

Was talking about them to Roger at MF yesterday whilst having some work done on mine. 580 sounds a lovely figure. And will probably go this route myself in a couple of months. Insurance is more than I would have thought. Only 300 as it is.ah well. Only money. Dont suppose anyone in Lancashire with a 2300 charger on an auto that would like to show me what to expect.

Yes with all mods declared and not the best of post codes by a long way,charger did,nt put it up by much

All mods declared plus an agreed value of £30K for the car, or £30K to cover everything?

If the cars wrote off i get 30 k parts are replaced like for like

I use bridle insurance at only 680 with unlimited mods. That's on the VT GTS.

THATS CENTRI CHARGED. 250 excess but is limited miles. 7k I think.
