need more noise!

The vxr8 has got the back box cut outs which are great, but am still not getting that clear roar crackle and pops...
So what to delete next?
With the cut outs open there is some low rpm drone. Will this get worse if i take out the centre boxes? Or will the big back boxes keep the drone down?

I dont have funds for a wortec switchable btw..

We took the middle resonators and collector out, and replace with a kissing pipe. Still no drone through the standard back boxes - though for some reason we don't get it through the cutouts either. Maybe because our cabin is half sized, though you would think the load bay would become a wicked bass box.

Araf, with the cut outs open, there is a vibration/drone quite obvious within the transmission tunnel. Think the centre boxes will need to go next. How loud is it with just the rear boxes?

I also have standard headers/cats removed the centre box and fitted straight through pipes. Oh and this is on loud setting.

I did all combinations on the exhaust on mine apart from cutouts and the findings were as follows:

Standard exhaust with H-pipe - little difference, a bit louder but still subtle and no drone.
Standard exhaust + H-pipe + de-cat pipes - supposedly a happy medium until I discovered it was not loud enough, some drone present, but not terrible.
Walkinshaw Supercar backboxes + decat + H-pipe - my ears started bleeding, terrible headaches, I only lasted like this for three days, didn't get to drive it fast enough to be able to comment on the drone.
Supercar Exhaust with the mid silencer in place (no H-pipe) + decat - near enough perfect, but a lot of drone
Supercar Exhaust as above but with ProFlow long tube headers - no louder, just a tad deeper and if anything more sedate, I wish I hadn't bothered
