UTE Number Plate Sizes

Finally got the V5 from the DVLA to put my 2005 VZ SSZ Ute on the road.

What's the best size number plates and where should I purchase them from? I measured

Front - 15x4 to 5.5
Rear - 14.5x5.3

My usual supplier can do

Front - 13x4.5
Rear - 13x6.5

We have standard sized rear, and a 13" front - though it's the VE. Maybe Monkfish or MyM8V8 can advise for a VZ?
