It's an hour for me to Clacketts. We'll probably be in the BMW, so don't wait for us to get there - or on the road afterwards.

if you get up near here early you will have to do many tunnel runs as meet doesn't start until 2pm and I am working until 1.00-1.30 pm

My battery issues have returned, car not starting. After holiday, I had battery out, on a charger, charger says fully charged, battery back in car, nothing, apart from a light symbol on dash (bottom right - nothing to do with headlights etc - but sort of looks like that - can't find anything in manual either) I've never seen this symbol before and it comes on with a buzzer. Everything else dead. Nothing else on dash lights up at all. Checked terminals, everything secure and tightly fitted. Battery might be goosed.

So long and short of it is, I won't be meeting you at Clacketts, though if it does come to life, I'll try and come down later.

Going to go out and try find another battery, Ian has suggested Euro car parts and there's one not far from me. So hope to still make it, but will be quite late! The wife hopes I can as I coerced her into making some choco brownies to bring down on the assumption I'd be out the house all day
