IIRC there's a lot of airbrushing in there, which all takes time.

It's not the paint job per se for me, but the little (bad) details like HSV stickers on wing mirrors, V8 here and 5.7 there, and the grill badge painted red

But, each to their own etc

6k spent on the engine would have made that car very cool.
