Diff advice

Hi all, yesterday the diff starting sticking? turning corners at low speeds. didn't notice when going faster. The oil was changed about 7k miles ago. it does clunk a bit but always put it down to characteristics rather than a problem but now it is. Was thinking of may be changing the oil and adding some friction modifier as a start.

Any advice would be welcome.

I'm assuming Monaro , if so just add some friction modifier say a third of a bottle first time , and top up from there , last time I used half a bottle , and that should solve it
