Yes. Pistonheads are safe for another day, but it means that there's some ignorant people on here that don't say "Thank-you" or people have out of date e-mail addresses linked to their username. I hope it's the latter

There was a post on here earlier a guy who has had an engine failure and was offering him a FOC cam but no reply ?

I only have one, to make a pair of table lamps, as they're not good for much else.

In all fairness I very rarely check the email address I have linked to pistonheads so often miss pm's
Luckily most of you have my mobile number anyway

I think sometimes it can be your ISP detecting the PistonHeads email as spam and removing it to your spam folder. I used to use outlook as my mail handler and it wasn't till I logged in to my email direct through Virgin that I found several emails from PistonHeads and a few others that we're not spam.

Maybe make one out of broken gearbox parts aswell
