Araf, thanks for arranging the the meet, a good turn out, perfect venue, and the weather was kind, good to meet up with Steve, Ian and your young lady ( apologies for not remembering her name ) at maccy dees, always good to see new faces and the familiar ones as well of course thumbup

Yes, I thoroughly enjoyed it too - but then it was my choice of venue. Thanks everyone, for making it a good day.

Good to meet a few new members, and I hope everyone got home safely. cool

Good pictures. Every hanger was crammed full. cool

There was no sign, but this is a Kittihawk. The nearest signs said Spitfire.

There's so much there, I reckon we could do the same at the end of the year, or this time next year again. scratchchin

Was it a Merlin? They were always a V12, and some variants had the Packard (licenced Merlin) engines fitted.
