This has crept up on me!
In previous years the people travelling from the south have met just north of Carlisle and convoyed to Stirling from there. I suggest we could do something similar this year (although I'm not sure who will be heading from the south?).
So, meet at M6/A74 Northbound, Todhills, Carlisle, CA6 4HA at 1pm on Saturday? Happy to change the time to suit the majority

Leigh, what's the chance you could set off at say 8am ish to get to Ferry Bridge Services (post code WF11 0AF) by 12pm?
If you can do that then we could do the below:
Ferry Bridge Services,
WF11 0AF
leaving at 12pm
M6/A74 Northbound,
Todhills,
Carlisle,
CA6 4HA
Leaving at 2.30pm
Arrive at Stirling by around 4.30pm in time for well earned beer!

I reckon I could do that,my main problem is getting through the Blackwall Tunnel and up to the M11.If you can do that then we could do the below:

Google maps says it's 3hr 10mins from mine to Ferry Bridge.
Looks like I'll have to get up earlier than planned and have fewer beers the night before.

Yes can do. Should be around 1pm or just after.I'll text you if we're going to be late, but it all hangs on if Leigh can make good time from darn sarf.
