I have a 04 cv8
Don't usually have someone in the rear seats
Did last night and they said they weren't working..
The fronts are ..and the rear seats are but the parcel shelf one not
All connections look good. And checked..no wires having off.
Any ideas what to check.

I'm going to see if I can find a spare speaker to test

They are not run off the head unit, but a small amplifier in the boot. This is probable the culprit.

The ones in the rear bulkhead are the subs. There's a small amp hidden behind the carpet on the left side of the boot that you can tweak the gain on with a screwdriver. First thing to try is crank the bass control on the head unit and to be certain they aren't working, then check the gain on the amp isn't zeroed for some screwy reason (highly doubt it has been touched).
