Gary, I don't understand why these posts were removed as your contact details were sent to jameshsv via pm and not on the open forum so why were they "closed topics" - seems a bit harsh of PH on you

FFS they deleted a post of mine the other day in another section claiming swearing.

Both post starter and the moderator who did it were clearly illiterate as there was not one single swear word in the post !

I could even email Suzy Dent from Countdown to prove it as no swear word was used that would be found in the English dictionary !

Someone asks for my phone number & email address & it gets locked

I ask for some ones & it never got locked

Explain that !

Many times I was going to sponsor various Piston head forums & spoke in length with the relevant people but no way will I spend money with them now

I know what its all about & they can come with all their stories

I rarely get Pms either so there probably blocked or censored

Big Al has been having e-mail problems for weeks now. PH are working on it. It's not his fault. He's not ignoring you.

I too have messaged him and had no response. So I posted in the Website Feedback section of the forum and he e-mailed me directly within minutes. Sorted

Gary, as I recall you were one of a number of people invited back by Jez. Almost all of the others have fallen foul of the moderators that were watching and waiting for their first mistake.

I agree that consistency and open-ness would have been nice, but don't go getting yourself banned again. This place isn't what it once was, but there are still some good people around.

Haven't had any mails now for a least 3 months, so you ain't the only one pissed off mate.

I keep banging on about it to the powers to be, but nothing yet, I'm just dreading the deluge when they do clear the log jam.

No , I was allowed back after a moderator Quoted " I was being taken to court for using different names, as many as four " hence I sought legal advice as this was affecting business and 1 individual on here was telling people not to use me due to that

I said I would take it further if need be and I still have the screen shot of the comment made

Then I was invited back so it was not down to anybody being fair etc

Bit like when I voice the truth about some it gets removed or covered up its all bullst

This is suppose to be a forum to help enthusiasts in all matter of ways , but as far as I can see its not

I have emails off members telling me they agree with not all I say but agree with some of my points but to keep it quiet who they are proving some are just as pissed about it

Some so called enthusiasts use this forum for just financial gain , I dont ,yes I do sell parts & yes I have more parts than anyone & the contacts for them but I dont need to sell in this country & I dont need to concentrate on this marque to make a living & I dont

Anyway I m bored of this post myself now & dont really care

I won't go on Facebook ,I think it's a shame how the posts on here have reduced , I can understand the point of moderators , but when I cross posted on here and the Subaru part it was stopped , it was simply a good car app I found that is free , I did email who stopped the post but did not hear any thing back which I thought was a shame , do the guidelines on posting need to be changed a bit ? To make it more open and useful to all ? I don't agree with swearing at people as it is supposed to be a discussion , every has views but they will be different however right or wrong they are , I have had good advice of here from a number of people, that has been very helpful which is how it should be ... That's my thoughts any way

Guys, just for reference no one is on anyone's "hitlist" what happened in the past is now history nothing can change it.

So as long as the current rules are adhered to, everyone is happy.

You can always contact a mod or PH site guy's, just pick any post and report it and in you message just say "nothing to do with the post could Al, Oliver, James" or whoever I need a word/chat and we'll try to get in touch. We can have a chat in Parc Ferme anytime it's not the sin bin it's a one to one off forum chat area.

So if it's OK with everyone I'll comply with Gary's request and bring this thread to a close.
