Annoying Aston cant do the basics and forward some pics, the dealers are in the dark.
What is it that you want to know? Ask away and I will do my best to help out as there is very little I probably havn't already asked myself...Annoying Aston cant do the basics and forward some pics, the dealers are in the dark.
If its the sport plus pack colour schemes, then all dealers have already had a colour brochure with pictures of each of the schemes. Admittedly not full colour shots of real cars, as most have not actually been built yet, but with a bit of googling and photoshop you can reasonably work out what they are all going to look like. The pictures I saw were good enough however to give me an idea of each.

It was pictures, real pictures, that i wanted to see of the finished product, the finished product being the console of the manual. It just seems crazy that they announce a car with no pictures of what they are selling. If its the sport plus pack colour schemes, then all dealers have already had a colour brochure with pictures of each of the schemes. I got all the info i wanted and my local dealership has been very helpful, and i am very nearly there with spec.
Someone at Aston just needs to get on the case re pictures of physical cars even if it is through social media.

I think the issue is they almost certainly haven't built any cars in some of the schemes yet, but they overlap heavily with the N430 schemes, so the answer mostly lies in looking at those.I got all the info i wanted and my local dealership has been very helpful, and i am very nearly there with spec.

As I am sure you know the 5 schemes are:
- Speedway White & Orange: There are the pics of the US show car that you have already posted, plus there was a Q special V12V a couple of years back that was very similar. This car was recently photographed too here. Speedway white was a N430 colour scheme, albeit with red not orange.
- China Grey & Yellow: This is the one combo that doesn't share a N430 sibling, but its also the one combo that there are loads of pictures/videos of as it is the official AM press release colour.
- Alloro Green & Yellow: No pics, but this combo is the same as an N430 combo, and one or two members here on PH have cars in this scheme, so plenty to look at with a bit of googling.
- Jet Black & Silver: Again this is the same as a N430 combo, so quite a few pics to be found in google.
- Skyfall Silver & White: And again a N430 combo, so again google images is the place to look.
Hope that helps a little. So come on then, please share your spec thoughts on yours so far - I think you are the only other PH member who is a confirmed buyer at the moment?

ah yes, agree with that
Just to be clear in that picture, that's an 'high' console?
Yes, that is a high line console. I noticed that the GT8 preview car also had the high line too which I was a little disappointed with, so again it's probably safe to assume the new low line probably doesn't exist in any cars as yet, albeit as somebody else pointed out its going to be very similar indeed to the old early model centre console, so just google that. You can see the GT8 console if you freeze this video at 1:24Just to be clear in that picture, that's an 'high' console?

I'm very close to buying a V12SR Manual, but... I am not really sure I like the new style console. There is something classic about the clock and chrome in mine
If it's swappable, I wouldn't mind the new style in my car. Could do a Nic Cage/Jon Travolta "Face-Off"...JohnG1 said:
